The Hotel Host creates an experience for our guests by offering a larger-than-home experience with exceptional service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- Desire to satisfy guest needs in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
