Duties and Expectations
  • Guest Relations:
    Greet guests with a smile, use names.
  • Guest Satisfaction:
    Work to achieve high satisfaction scores.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Specific Duties
  • Manage Guest Request Log and VIP Management.
  • Oversee Housekeeping Team with daily stand‑up meetings.
  • Perform room inspections and maintain storage rooms.
  • Prepare housekeeping carts, handle supplies, and perform trash/linen removal.
  • Conduct deep cleaning as needed.
  • Lead departmental meetings and manage inventory.
  • Submit maintenance requests and ensure completion.
  • Balance nightly room status reports.
  • Maintain lost and found procedures.
  • Follow chemical safety and key control procedures.
Success Metrics
  • Guest Satisfaction Scores
  • Management Performance Ratings
  • GM/AGM Spot Checks and Walk‑throughs
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Understanding and following guidelines.
  • Ability to handle pace and pressure.
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Hospitality and guest service orientation.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Willingness to work varied schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Adherence to clock‑in/out and break policies.
Physical Working Demands & Working Environment
  • Stand or remain stationary for long periods.
  • Operate computers, perform data entry, manually handle tools.
  • Lift and transport supplies up to 25 lbs.
  • Inspect with close and long‑range observation.
