Guest Attendant – Wood Spring Suites, Charlotte, NC
Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests.

Benefits- Hourly Rate: $14.00–$16.00, dependent on experience.

- Front Office Operations:
Reservations, renewals, check‑outs, check‑ins, paperwork, reports. - Guest Services:
Provide tours, close sales, fulfill special requests. - Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; maintain area.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies.
- Sales & Marketing: assist with in‑house guest sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
- Emergency procedures: follow property procedures, ensure security.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one year customer service; hotel operations preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods.
- Lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
