Friendly Front Desk Agent – Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn, Charlotte, NC

• Deliver award-winning service with a smile while working the 3pm–11pm shift, five nights a week.
• Welcome guests, check in guests, register and assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide directions.
• Answer guest inquiries and create a positive, enjoyable experience for guests and team members.

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable around people.
• Friendly hospitality mindset; willingness to train for skills as needed.
• Ability to work independently on the 3pm–11pm shift and contribute to a team environment.
