• Transport patients from the waiting area to exam room and back and forth to Radiology.
• Ensure proper dress code is followed for imaging.
• Assist technologist with retrieving patient information.
• Assist with patient preparation.
• Assist with cleaning exam and Radiology room and work area.
• Assist in utilizing PACS as requested.
• Willingness to help at other sites if needed for staffing.
• Cross trains in other job functions to improve workflow.
• Assist Radiology and Clinical staff with daily activities as requested within the scope of role.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of insurance
• Epic/EMR background a plus
• Medical terminology

• High school graduate and/or associate or bachelor's degree
• Prefer minimum of one year experience in medical clinic setting.
