Registered Behavior Technician

Start Date: Immediate/January 2026

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Schedule Blocks Monday-Friday:

• Morning: 8:00-12:00
• Early Afternoon: 12:00–3:00 PM
• Late Afternoon: 3:00–6:30 PM
• Type: Full Time

• Deliver neuro-affirming & compassionate ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings using Motivity (clinical platform)
• Convert clinical notes at the end of each session, obtaining caregiver signatures
• Support clients during challenging moments (aggression, property destruction, self-injury may occur) while supporting client's independence, regulation, and coping skills.

✅ Active RBT (in good standing with BACB)

✅ RBTs pursing their BCBA, SLP, OT, or similar graduate program

✅ Passion for affirming care
