Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager in Charlotte, NC to help lead high-impact patient dining operations in a healthcare environment where quality, compassion, and operational excellence matter every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support patient dining services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service
• Partner closely with clinical teams and dietitians to meet patient needs and regulatory standards
• Supervise, train, and develop frontline team members and supervisors
• Drive patient satisfaction, rounding, service recovery, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations
• Support operational goals including labor management, quality metrics, and service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in healthcare food service, patient dining, or senior living
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for patient experience and service excellence
