What We Offer
The Epic Trainer plays a critical role in supporting Novant Health team members by delivering high-quality training on the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This position enhances team member competency in electronic documentation and ensures consistent, effective use of Epic across the organization.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).
Location: Hybrid (Live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC or Winston-Salem, NC)

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users across clinical and non-clinical settings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Dimensions applications.
- Successfully maintain three levels of credentialing
, demonstrating independent and competent proficiency in designated roles. - Collaborate with at least one primary application team and support cross-credentialing efforts with additional teams as needed.
- Provide ongoing education, troubleshooting, and user support to enhance adoption and utilization of EMR systems.
- Completion of all three credentialing levels for Dimensions applications.
- Proven ability to train diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in healthcare technology or EMR systems preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 3 years Healthcare (clinical or non-clinical) and/or education/training required. 1 year Clinical operational experience in addition to above, preferred.

Proficiency with virtual meetings and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Excel and Teams. Demonstrate ability to learn and use innovative training solutions for product and process training. - Highly Effective Communicator:
