* This position will be scheduled for Thursday & Friday 5:30pm-9:00pm and Sunday 10am-2pm.
* The
** Patient Services Specialist
** greets patients, prepares forms, collects, verifies and enters patient information into EPIC necessary for the timely and accurate processing of patient claims.
*
* Essential Functions:

*** Prepares paperwork necessary for the patient visit.
* Collection of co-payments/co-insurance and balances due.
* Follows the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested.
* Epic/EMR background a plus
* Medical terminology
* High school graduate and/or associate or bachelor's degree

The Orthopedic Urgent Care hours are Monday
- Friday (5:30-9:00pm) and Saturday and Sunday (10:00am-2:00pm).  ### ###
