Position OverviewWe are seeking a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 1–3 years of psychiatric experience to join our practice in a part-time, hybrid role, with the opportunity to grow hours and caseload over time. This position is ideal for a PA who wants flexibility, mentorship, and a long-term professional home.
Responsibilities- Outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Provide care via in-office and telehealth visits
- Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in consultation and ongoing supervision
- Part-time, hourly position
- $60–$65 per contact hour to start
- Paid documentation time included
- Flexible scheduling / create your own schedule within practice needs
- Hybrid model (in-person + remote)
