We are seeking a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 1–3 years of psychiatric experience to join our practice in a part-time, hybrid role, with the opportunity to grow hours and caseload over time. This position is ideal for a PA who wants flexibility, mentorship, and a long-term professional home.

• Outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Provide care via in-office and telehealth visits
• Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in consultation and ongoing supervision

• Part-time, hourly position
• $60–$65 per contact hour to start
• Paid documentation time included

• Active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
• Outpatient psychiatry and/or telehealth experience preferred
