Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PA to join our total joint orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on providing comprehensive care to patients. This role requires a PA who is interested in orthopedic procedures and has a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions especially in hip and knee.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct surgical procedures as necessary, including various injections, wound closures, etc.
• Manage pain management strategies for patients undergoing orthopedic treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in data collection for ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic practices and technologies.

Requirements

• PA Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
