We are seeking passionate
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children and teens with autism. This role is ideal for individuals committed to meaningful impact, high-quality care, and flexible scheduling.
- Provide
direct ABA therapy
in client homes & community settings - Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA
- Accurately collect behavioral data during sessions
- Communicate progress & updates to supervising BCBA
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and timely session notes
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Experience with children or special needs populations
- Strong professionalism & reliability
