Position OverviewPeak Health is seeking a Traveling Health & Wellness Nurse Coach based in Charlotte, NC. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.

- Travel as a registered nurse to assigned client employment sites to provide health evaluations for participants.
- Review participant‑completed Health History Questionnaires.
- Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
- Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
- Establish individual goals by making recommendations for improving the participant’s health risk.
- May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available.
- May perform other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
- Valid Registered Nursing License for the state(s) in which program participants are located.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Working vehicle with current personal auto insurance.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Excellent motivational and coaching skills.
- Sitting:

Frequently (25%‑50% of the time). - Bending:
Occasionally (less than 25% of the time). - Lifting:
Up to 75 lbs. - Visual / Audio / Speaking:
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone. - Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding:
Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers. - Availability:
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business needs. - Travel:
Up to 100%.
