Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Paid Training Provided

Location: Matthews, NC

Pay: $1,000 Signing Bonus & Weekly Pay

• Empowerment & Personal Care – providing respectful assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support.
• Behavioral Support & Advocacy – serving as a compassionate partner, following person‑centered support plans and assisting with de‑escalation.
• Community & Integration – supporting transportation, appointments, hobbies, and helping clients thrive in community‑based jobs.
• Health & Wellness – administering medications, assisting mobility, and preparing nutritious meals.

• Compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Unpaid family caregiver experience – we will train you to become a DSP.
• Experience as a DSP, PCA, HHA, or CNA is a major plus.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral needs is highly valued.
