Licensed Hearing Care Professional - Charlotte, North Carolina

$60,000 starting salary

Overview

We are Beltone, part of America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care. We deliver comprehensive hearing healthcare services and products to our patients in a collaborative, empowering environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
  • Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitation services, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
  • Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community involvement.
  • Engage in community outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.
  • Support the Belcare promise, Beltone’s exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current license to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina OR
  • AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
  • Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
