compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 / hourly (higher for more experienced candidates)

addison group is seeking a certified/registered medical assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a highly reputable specialty practice. This role is patient‑facing, offers variety, and provides exposure across multiple providers and clinical workflows.

• room patients and assist providers during clinic visits
• support in-office procedures and clinical workflows
• relay lab results and respond to patient questions via phone
• update patient charts, manage documentation, and organize referrals
• perform prior authorizations as needed
• float between providers and offer coverage where needed
• assist with special projects assigned by leadership

required:

• active cma or rma credential
• at least 2+ years of experience as a medical assistant
• experience handling patient phone calls
• ability to explain procedures, injections, and clinical instructions clearly

preferred:

• experience working in a specialty practice
• familiarity with nextgen emr
