- This Supervisor provides leadership to the Nuclear Medicine/PET team at Presbyterian Medical Center with 75% of time in the patient care area.

Your Impact:
- Supervise Nuclear Medicine and PET team and perform high-quality nuclear medicine diagnostic exams in an acute care setting
- Work closely with physicians and team to deliver critical patient care
- Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism and empathy
- Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved, NMTCB-recognized, and / or CAAHEP-recognized program, required.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in Radiology, required. Minimum of two years of experience in supervision, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered in two or more of the following:
Radiography, CT, MR, Mammography, Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography, Vascular Interventional, Radiography, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, or PET Certification and registration may be through the ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB, required. - Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Exhibits leadership characteristics to include: listening to gain understanding, keeping promises, supporting the organization in word and deed, supporting team members, communicating effectively and asking for feedback, making fair decisions based on the needs of all team members, sharing knowledge to improve and challenge team members to be their best, treating others with fairness and respect, choosing competent, compatible team members, visualizing the big picture for the entire department/departments as we relate to the organization, creating a personal connection with team members that fosters mutual respect, has a work ethic which is a model for team members motivating them through encouragement and the vision for their department/departments.
Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information. Requires excellent ability to effectively communicate with other Novant Health leaders and team members. Must be detail oriented. Must have demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently. Must have the ability to analyze and problem solve as well as multi-tasking.
