A community support organization in Charlotte is seeking a part-time Residential Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in daily activities and personal care. You will be responsible for preparing meals, helping with chores, and providing recreational activities. Ideal candidates will possess strong verbal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a high school diploma. A valid driver's license is essential, and previous experience with disabilities is preferred.

The position offers $15.00 per hour for 20-25 hours a week, Monday to Friday mornings.
