Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Employer Health Clinic
Charlotte, NC
This opportunity is with a well-established employer health program that provides onsite care to employees and their families. The environment is calm, team-oriented, and focused on long-term health outcomes rather than volume.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for visits, take vitals, and update histories
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
- Administer injections, perform EKGs, and handle lab prep
- Support occupational health services including screenings and injury care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinic supplies
- Consistent weekday hours
- Lower patient volume than traditional clinics
- Emphasis on prevention and wellness
- Strong team culture and stability
- Certified Medical Assistant credential required
- Experience in primary care, occupational health or outpatient clinic preferred
- Strong communication and patient service skills
