This care is provided to adults residing in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities, and private residences via a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Clinical and Administrative Support Staff.
The Medical Assistant is responsible for enhancing the performance of the clinical care team by supporting and facilitating clinical services with their assigned providers. The Medical Assistant works in the field with the assigned provider as directed by the Lead Medical Assistant or MA Manager/Supervisor. You may be asked to travel to facilities up to 60 miles from your home. This position typically operates on a Monday-Friday dayshift schedule.

Provider Support- Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, procedures, and employee handbook, including HIPAA rules.
- Follow dress code policy: clean, wrinkle-free, matching scrubs, closed-toed footwear, and name badge.
- Report to your Lead Medical Assistant for additional assignments if work is completed early.
- Seek further training if unsure about any assignment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Expected travel up to 1 hour from home.
Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater.
Medical scribing experience preferred.
