Home Care Aide – Brookdale

As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide one‑on‑one companionship and non‑medical hands‑on care including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care and assistance with transfers. You will also offer housekeeping, laundry, pet care, transportation to doctor appointments and errands, and medication reminders.

• Provide one‑on‑one companionship to seniors
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with transfers and mobility support
• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing
• Transport seniors to doctor appointments and run errands
• Remind seniors to take medications on schedule
• Maintain a home‑like, safe, and caring environment for residents

• Passion for helping people; experience as RN, CNA, or similar is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsibility, trustworthiness, and compassion towards seniors
• Compliance with Brookdale’s drug‑free workplace policies
• Valid driver’s license (for transportation duties)

Base pay range is determined by skills and experience. The position may include team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
