• Associate's degree or equivalent in medical technology, laboratory science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) is preferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer applications.
