Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role with responsibilities including patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties. Clinical skills and experience in insurance and VOB are valued. Exercise knowledge is a plus.

Administrative Duties:
  • Answer and route all incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls regarding patient progress and concerns.
  • Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a friendly environment, greet patients, and uphold high standards of patient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of clinical and office supplies.
  • Scan and upload documents into patient files daily.
  • Train staff on procedures as requested by management.
  • Support clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability and success.
Clinical Duties (based on credentials):
  • Obtain patient vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and administer IM injections.
  • Prepare lab forms and obtain results.
  • Assist with patient referrals and document progress in EMR.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress.
  • Perform other clinical duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant certification.
  • Front office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge.
  • Experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
  • Exercise training is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
