Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Personal Home Care of North Carolina (PHC) is a rapidly growing full-service home care/home health agency looking for energetic and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide excellent patient care in patients' homes.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Document patient care and report any concerns to the nurse.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification.
• Prior CNA/PCA experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a national background check.

• CNAs work in patients' homes and may need to travel to multiple locations throughout the day.
• Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• The job can be physically demanding, requiring lifting and moving patients.
