As an In‑Home or Clinic RBT in Charlotte, NC, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in environments where they feel most comfortable.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes.
• Use data‑driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real‑life goals.
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40‑hour training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

• TRICARE certification.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
