Headway ABA is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high quality ABA services for children with Autism (ASD). • Conducting initial and/or ongoing client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
• Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.
• Delivering ABA training to parents/ caregivers and cultivating strong, supportive relationships.

• Pay Range: $75.00 - $100.00 per Hour

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
