Cross River Therapy is
seeking a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic in Charlotte, NC !!

At Cross River Therapy
, we believe ABA therapy is about more than programs and data — it’s about creating real joy, growth, and meaningful change for children and their families. We provide therapy in our clinic, in homes, schools, and community settings for children ages 1–adulthood.

Unlike large ABA corporations that often focus on volume, we’re a smaller, tight-knit company with one big advantage: quality over quantity. That means your voice matters here. You’ll be part of a collaborative, passionate team that’s truly invested in each client’s progress and in each other’s success.

We know other companies might promise flashy perks or a one-size-fits-all approach — but we’re not like that. At Cross River, you’ll find a supportive, fun, and authentic workplace that gives you the resources you need, without the corporate red tape.

Role Description

As a BCBA with us, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that actually make a difference.
  • Collaborate daily with like-minded clinicians who are just as passionate about ABA as you are.
  • Lead and inspire RBTs while enjoying a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
  • Engage with families through meaningful parent training that builds confidence and skills.
  • Work in an environment that values your creativity, professional growth, and happiness as much as client outcomes.
  • This isn’t just another BCBA job. This is a chance to do your best work while being part of a community that celebrates you.
Qualifications
  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Solid skills in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavior management, and parent education
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Benefits
  • A fun, team-focused clinic environment (yes, work can be fun!).
  • Opportunities to collaborate with other passionate professionals who “get it.”
  • A smaller company culture = more support, less bureaucracy, and more appreciation.
  • Leadership that actually listens and invests in YOU.
  • Real impact every single day — with kids, families, and your team.

✨ Ready to grow your career with a company that values people over numbers? Apply today and come see why our clinicians say working at Cross River Therapy feels like family.
