Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? Kanda is seeking a motivated and client-focused Physiotherapist to join our Underdale team. You will help our clients regain independence, improve mobility, and live their best life, right in their homes and community.

• Client Assessment and Rehabilitation: Evaluate client needs and design personalised exercise and rehab programs for daily activities such as dressing, mobility, and meal preparation
• Home Safety and Equipment: Conduct home safety checks, prescribe equipment, and train staff and carers on its use
• Care Planning and Review: Keep client care plans current and aligned with best practice
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Home Services team, TCP Coordinator, and multidisciplinary partners including medical practitioners and hospital discharge planners
• Training and Support: Mentor and support RNs, ENs, Care Workers, clients, and carers
• Documentation and Administration: Complete client records, manage equipment, and coordinate brokered services

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with no conditions
• Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Accountable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
