Schedule:

Full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Provides care to patients in cardiac or respiratory failure receiving Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). Includes monitoring and maintaining ECMO patients and rapid response for ECMO cannulation. Responsible for all aspects of monitoring and troubleshooting the ECMO circuit and related equipment during the treatment period.

• Deliver exceptional patient care in the Cardiac ICU, supporting complex cardiovascular conditions and mechanical circulatory support.
• Work with a collaborative, team‑oriented environment focused on patient‑centered care and professional growth.
• Engage in continuous improvement of care practices and safety, upholding the principles of "First Do No Harm".

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program or Respiratory Therapy program, with current licensure and certification as appropriate. BSN preferred for RN.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience in a neonatal, pediatric or adult ICU setting.
• License/Certification:
  Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status (American Heart Association) required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred.
• Additional skills:
  Strong assessment skills to support the ECMO physician and perfusionist.
