Salary: From $90,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

License/Certification: BCBA Certification (Required)

Willingness to Travel: 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Job Responsibilities
  • Design ABA therapy plans
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments on a regular basis
  • Provide direct and indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
  • Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
  • Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and provide training
  • Coordinate with the Director to maintain quality of cases
Requirements
  • BCBA certification issued by the BACB
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
