This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Charlotte, NC. The Hairstylist will be responsible for delivering professional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments such as Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments. Daily responsibilities include staying updated on the latest hair trends, consulting with clients to achieve their desired look, maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, including cutting, styling, and advanced techniques for treatments such as Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments.
• Licensure in Cosmetology and a strong understanding of Hair Care practices and Aveda products.
• Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to consult with clients, listen actively, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Previous salon experience and knowledge of current hair trends are highly desirable.
