JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Public Relations Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
Responsibilities and Duties- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies.
- Manage analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with content and design teams.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s in marketing or communications.
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience.
- Reports to Marketing Director.
- Teamwork – the ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant and effectively as a team leader
- Leadership – the ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
- Business Acumen – understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
- Communication – ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, and the ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary.
