Rodgers has an opportunity for an Assistant Controller in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements / Experience- An active CPA License or successful completion of the CPA Exam and awaiting CPA Certification.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage key internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assume the primary responsibility of the Company’s daily Treasury functions.
- Assist the Company Controller and other Accounting Team Members with designated tasks.
- Lead 2 members of the Accounting Team on a daily basis.
- Engage in continuous improvement for the Accounting Team processes and procedures.
- Serve as a financial resource for Company non-accounting personnel and external Business Partners.
- Obtain the knowledge and experience to be a high-level Construction Industry Financial Professional.
