  • Develop new business client relationships and improve market share of business loans and non-credit services, including deposits. Execute integrated relationship management (IRM) with extensive collaboration in sales meetings, joint calling, and custom solutions delivery.
  • Assume responsibility for the profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the team's assigned commercial loan portfolios, ensuring servicing of all client credit relationships, including proposal write-ups, documentation, compliance, and closings.
  • Responsible for employment, training, performance ratings, salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, career enhancement, and staffing for the commercial team.
