Applicants should be admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and possess strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a solid foundation in complex deal execution. The firm values associates who demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage matters efficiently while working collaboratively with partners and clients.
