Treasury Administration Analyst

As a Treasury Administration Analyst 3, you will be assigned to an operational servicing team that supports the day-to-day treasury operations of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds, and/or closed-end funds. • Review calculations, projected income and capital gain distribution estimates for clients.
• Monitor and review the distribution process for clients, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, reconciliations, and payment of dividends and capital gains for ETF and mutual fund products.
• Validate distribution rates, components, and tax classifications (e.g., ordinary income, qualified dividends, capital gains, return of capital) and review vendor reporting and income projections.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, tax administrators, fund accountants, transfer agents, custodians, index providers, and exchanges.
• Support daily financial operations for ETF and mutual fund products by overseeing invoice processing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate allocation of fund expenses.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service providers.
• Lead coordination of projects, mentor teammates, and use problem-solving skills to communicate effectively with mid-level and senior-level Fund Administrators.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of related work experience

• Proven knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, other investments and security types
• Keen understanding of accounting principles
• Ethics and compliance awareness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines
• Process-oriented mindset with interest in automation and workflow improvement
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills
• Intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel ability
• Willingness to learn new and sometimes complex concepts
