Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be a senior financial leader during a significant growth phase and increasing operational complexity. The role encompasses overseeing all financial aspects, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, and operational finance. This executive will partner with the executive leadership, the board, and the private equity sponsor to drive profitability, margin expansion, and disciplined growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading finance organizations within multi-unit or field-based service businesses, with strong operational and analytical skills and a hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Applicants should have a proven track record in a similar role, particularly within a multi-state or field services platform. Experience in private equity or sponsor-backed environments is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
