Global's client, a prominent southeastern law firm with a national presence, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Services practice. This is a standout opportunity for attorneys with experience in project finance, particularly those representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project financing.

You’ll work with a sophisticated client base and contribute to high-impact energy and infrastructure transactions shaping the future of clean energy.

• Represent lenders and tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance deals
• Structure, draft, and negotiate project finance documentation
• Advise clients on risk, deal strategy, and complex financial structures
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional teams
• Manage transaction work streams with precision and professionalism

• 3+ years of experience in project finance (renewable energy preferred)
• Experience representing lenders or tax equity investors
• Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior AM Law firm experience is a plus
• Strong drafting, advisory, and negotiation capabilities
• Commitment to responsiveness and delivering high-quality work

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar preferred
• Preference on AM Law level prior Background
