As a member of the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team you will advise financial institutions on a broad range of credit risk management topics. You will evaluate, design, and implement credit risk strategies to support clients in addressing key market challenges.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Lead significant credit process redesign initiatives and commercial lending initiatives.
  • Manage credit risk processes, perform underwriting, and assign risk ratings.
  • Develop and validate commercial and retail credit risk methodologies and pricing models.
  • Create and execute credit risk reporting and analytics design and application.
  • Possess knowledge of Allowance for Credit Losses, US GAAP, and IFRS 9 requirements.
  • Select, implement, and use commercial and retail credit risk workflow and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CECL, credit risk review systems, and regulatory guidance.
  • Completion of a formal credit training program.
Process Improvement and Technical Proficiency
  • Design and implement process improvement solutions, leveraging PC applications including MS Office.
  • Operate as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver complex written and verbal materials to clients and senior management.
  • Supervise teams to foster trust and encourage diversity of views for innovation.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
  • Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively and keep leadership informed.
