In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.

• 4 plus years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Familiarity with loan booking and funding under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, mathematical skills, sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work at least 8 hours/day, 4 days/week in-office uptown is mandatory.
• Preferred skills include LIQ and nCino experience.
• Clear communication skills and ability to prioritize strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $35- $40 on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
