A leading law firm is seeking an Associate with 5–7 years of leveraged finance experience to join its national Finance & Financial Services practice in Charlotte. Responsibilities include managing complex sponsor-backed transactions and interfacing with clients. The ideal candidate must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong drafting and communication skills. The position requires in-office work at least three days a week.

Competitive salary range is $365,000 – $420,000 annually.
