Advisory Operations Associate

Rapidly growing Charlotte-based Registered Investment Advisor seeking Advisory Operations Associates to join the team!

• Support independent financial advisors with day-to-day operational needs.
• Lead the onboarding process for new advisors, ensuring a smooth and organized transition onto the platform.
• Assist with client account openings and closures, account updates, and cash contribution or distribution requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned advisors and their staff for operational questions and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and custodial partners to resolve issues and complete requests efficiently.
• Handle daily ad hoc requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as needed.

• Experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services operations.
• Basic understanding of investment accounts and financial products.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Customer service–oriented with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
