This role is responsible for leading consolidated financial reporting and technical accounting initiatives across a multi-entity organization. The individual will play a key role in external reporting, audit coordination, policy development, and complex accounting matters while partnering closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement, system enhancements, and long-term reporting strategy.

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements

• Develop executive-level reporting packages and financial presentations

• Coordinate consolidation and reporting activities across domestic and international entities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors during annual and interim audits

• Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and analytical reviews

• Research, document, and implement technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP

• Draft formal accounting position papers for complex transactions and contracts

• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Partner with FP&A, tax, and operational finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy

• Drive improvements to close, reporting, and consolidation processes

• Support financial systems and reporting tools used for consolidation and forecasting

• Assist with month-end close and general ledger activities as needed

• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, or audit

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Experience supporting consolidated or multi-entity reporting

• Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Active CPA or progress toward certification

• Background in public accounting and/or complex corporate environments

• Experience in multi-location, distribution, manufacturing, or shared services organizations

• Exposure to ERP and financial reporting platforms
