Our client is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Temporary Financial Analyst to join their finance team as part of a Contingent Workforce Solution. This role focuses on strategic financial analysis, supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. You will create detailed financial models and prepare performance reports for executive leadership. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

You will drive financial transparency, optimize key business processes, and contribute directly to the company’s financial health in a dynamic and highly visible role.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and build complex financial models to support key business decisions.
• Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, gathering data from department heads to create accurate projections.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights on various projects.
• Optimize financial workflows and implement new financial systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a key resource for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth and present recommendations to management.
