Our approach integrates bespoke portfolio construction with holistic wealth planning, family governance, and philanthropic advisory services. Position Overview

We are seeking a Reporting Associate to lead the creation and delivery of high-quality financial and investment performance reports for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience in a family office or RIA setting, understands the unique needs of high-net-worth families, and is proficient with platforms such as Black Diamond and/or Addepar. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with performance reporting and alternative investments are key to excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production and timely delivery of quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for clients.
  • Oversee data aggregation from custodians, investment platforms, and internal systems into our reporting platform (Black Diamond), ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all sources.
  • Facilitate performance reporting and analysis for both client advisory portfolios and the firm’s alternative investment vehicles, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across asset classes.
  • Collaborate with client service, investment, and finance teams to incorporate financial data into clear, client-ready reports.
  • Review reporting materials for accuracy and clarity, tailoring presentation and insights to each client’s unique needs.
  • Conduct data audits, resolve exceptions, and ensure report quality and reliability.
  • Enhance reporting systems, templates, and processes to improve automation, scalability, and customization.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on reporting tools and platforms and act as the primary liaison with external reporting vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, data security, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting within a family office, multi‑family office, or RIA serving high‑net‑worth clients, or with a reporting platform provider such as Black Diamond or Addepar.
  • Proven ability to provide reporting on complex investment portfolios, complex entities and intergenerational wealth structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of portfolio management and performance reporting systems, including Black Diamond, Addepar, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience working directly with alternative investments, including limited partnerships, feeder funds, fund‑of‑funds, and SPVs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a client‑service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, client-ready insights.
