Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the US Regulatory Reporting department supporting liquidity and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform reporting, monitoring, and analytics related to liquidity submissions
- Understand liquidity reporting rules and data requirements to ensure compliance
- Enhance existing processes to streamline reporting and develop additional analytical capabilities
- Conduct system testing and assess impacts on the end-to-end liquidity process
- Maintain documentation and reporting controls to manage operational risk effectively
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating large datasets (300k+ rows) with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
- At least 3 years of experience in financial or data analytics within a financial institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
