  • Review account positions and cost basis to identify potential tax considerations.
  • Prepare internal reports related to performance, projections, and client suitability.

Advanced Client Services

  • Support sophisticated client structures including family trusts, business entities, and corporate relationships.
  • Assist with private banking solutions, lines of credit, private equity, private credit, and direct indexing strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with external centers of influence such as CPAs, estate attorneys, private bankers, realtors, and executive assistants.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to support new custodians, SMAs, and private placements.

Systems, Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and compliance standards.
  • Utilize CRM and financial planning tools to document activity and maintain data integrity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-attention-to-detail environment.
  • Act as a trusted partner to advisors and may serve as a mentor within the office.

Qualifications
