Job Overview – Senior Financial Analyst – 34020

The Senior Financial Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for financial planning, forecastingondheid, and performance analysis within a private equity–backed services organization generating approximately $100M in revenue and growing through frequent acquisitions. This exempt role reports to the Controller and works closely with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Compensation

To $150K.

Keyoraanresponsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across a multi‑entity services platform.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support operating plans, scenario analysis, and acquisition‑related evaluations.
  • Analyze financial and operational results, translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership and private equity partners.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and ad‑hoc financial reporting for management, board, and sponsor review.
  • Support acquisition diligence, integration tracking,asaq post‑acquisition performance analysis.
  • Partner with department leaders to interpret results, evaluate performance, and support planning initiatives.
  • Design and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the finance function.
  • Financial forecasts and reporting are accurate, timely, and decision‑useful.
  • Finance team objectives and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced અલગ acquisition environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
  • Experience in a private equity–backed and/or acquisition‑driven organization preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 5%).
