Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Member Experience Advisor at the Boyer Street location in Charlotte, NC. The Advisor will assist members by addressing their financial needs, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every interaction. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, opening and maintaining accounts, assisting with loan applications, resolving member issues, and actively promoting various credit union products to enhance member satisfaction and financial well-being.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with members
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and online banking
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions
  • Ability to promote and cross-sell financial products to meet member needs
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing member interactions and transactions
  • Experience in a financial institution or similar customer service environment is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
