The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in debt finance, public finance, or project finance at a top 100 law firm. Duties include supporting tax-exempt and taxable financings across various sectors, drafting and negotiating crucial documents, and collaborating with clients.

Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, as well as a North Carolina Bar license, are required for this role.
